What are the advantages of processing and forming thick-sheet thermoformed parts?
Thick-sheet thermoforming operates on a principle similar to thin-sheet thermoforming: a pre‑positioned sheet is heated in an oven until it softens, then placed in a thermoforming mold that forms a sealed cavity around the sheet. The air inside the cavity is rapidly evacuated, causing the sheet to conform tightly to the mold’s surface. After cooling and solidification, the finished part is obtained.

Do you know how to tell whether a thick-sheet thermoformed product is of good or poor quality?
During the production of thick-sheet thermoforming, air is present in the heated plastic material, and bubbles are inevitably introduced into the sheet. For relatively transparent thick-sheet thermoformed products, an excessive number of bubbles renders the part non‑conforming and classifies it as defective.

Blow molding processing: What are some common packaging products made by blow molding?
Transparent plastic sheets are formed into a specific convex shape through a blistering process and then applied to the product’s surface to protect and enhance its appearance. This process is also known as vacuum forming, vacuum lamination, or plastic face‑covering.

Blister packaging: Is soft packaging better, or is hard packaging better?
If the thickness of the blister packaging is not properly selected, its rigidity and flexibility will also be affected. For example, if the product to be packaged is a food item intended for refrigeration, a thicker, stiffer blister pack should be chosen, since softer blister packs are prone to cracking when exposed to cold temperatures, which can directly compromise food storage.

Introduction to thermoforming: What are the methods for addressing water‑ripple defects in thermoformed packaging?
Modify the thermoforming mold: Change the entire smooth surface to a textured, dimpled one; this will significantly reduce water‑ripple defects in thermoformed packaging products.
