For thermoforming, select the appropriate sheet material and mold in accordance with the requirements specified in the preparation and operation manual.

  1) Accept and clean and lubricate molds related to thermoforming processing.

  2) Obtain relevant板材, pre-press inspection materials, external dimensions, thickness, and weight (quantity).

Blister molding—mold installation: install the relevant molds, perform pre‑heating of the air inlet, and conduct a vacuum pump suction check. After pre‑heating to the specified temperature, adjust the product to meet the requirements outlined in the construction drawings.

Blow molding processing and production—mount the sheet on the plastic thermoforming feed unit and proceed with standard operations (softening, plasticizing, and forming). Specifically, heat to soften the material, vacuum-form it for 3 seconds, cool any defective parts for 12 seconds, and stack the intermediate products in designated locations. Perform quality inspections of semi-finished products according to the process checklist.

Semi-finished stamping: Appropriate stamping dies shall be installed and commissioned. Qualified semi-finished parts shall be placed in designated baskets. During the stacking of finished products, cleanliness and integrity must be ensured, and finished-product quality inspections shall be conducted in accordance with the work instructions.

Blister‑molded finished‑product packaging—packed in cartons, with moisture‑ and dust‑proof liners inside the boxes, in accordance with the construction order; packaged by quantity per carton. Complete the accompanying documentation (including project description, specifications, weight, grade, batch number, roll number, class, and date).

Product Receipt — Receive the total quantity specified on the purchase order.

Remove the mold—first disconnect the power supply, then remove the entire mold. Allow the plastic injector’s heating components to cool completely, clean them, and apply a rust-preventive coating. After inspecting for defects, store the mold properly and maintain accurate mold lead records.

In terms of cleanliness and hygiene—during the production process, equipment must be kept clean at all times, production records must be meticulously maintained, handover procedures must be properly carried out, and one minute prior to the shift’s end, the team should organize the day’s production tasks, quality requirements, and the designated product‑stacking areas.
