Thick-sheet thermoformed products are ubiquitous in our daily lives. Thick-sheet thermoforming manufacturer The principle is, in fact, a process that uses vacuum blistering and heat pressing to form thick material sheets.
Over the past 60 years, vacuum thermoforming has advanced rapidly, and thick‑sheet thermoformed products have swiftly captured the market. In our daily lives, we encounter a wide variety of thick‑sheet thermoformed items, such as thermoformed housings for medical equipment and thermoformed casings for televisions.
Blister‑molded plastic housings are widely used for equipment and machinery enclosures, household appliances, TV rear panels, electric vehicles, automotive blister packs, and more.

 Plastic shell blister packaging

Thanks to their low cost, good quality, short development time, and minimal tooling expenses, thick‑walled plastic blister‑formed parts have gradually replaced certain injection‑molded products. Many major brands have now adopted blister‑forming technology for manufacturing plastic housings used in TV back covers, home appliance casings, and automotive components.
Thick Plastic shell blister packaging The product will expand into more industries in the future.
Thicker blister packs indicate that the raw material used is thinner than 2 mm. Blistering and forming on fully automated equipment are impractical; such products must be processed and manufactured using semi‑automatic blister‑forming machines designed for thick sheets. Thick‑wall blister products typically feature large surface areas, significant heights, and substantial material thicknesses, often requiring auxiliary materials such as ABS, acrylic (plexiglass), PS blister stock, PC, PVC, and others.

 Plastic shell blister packaging

Thick Plastic shell blister packaging The board’s thickness and color are customized to meet product requirements, and its surface pattern, texture, and hardness can be tailored to specific specifications.
We can manufacture and process ABS sheets, PVC sheets, PP sheets, PE sheets, PC sheets, and more. Customized patterns are available, and we can also tailor and finish pattern shapes as required. We produce and process designs such as dark, light, grassy, drill‑bit, and straight lines. The color of plastic‑shell thermoformed products can be customized. For thick‑sheet thermoforming, colored paper and red paper are commonly used. If a specific color is desired, after the plastic shell has been thermoformed, we apply additional spraying and finishing to achieve the required paper hue.
